This Contract is made in the following context:
A. AIFS manages the Ten to Men: The Australian Longitudinal Study on Male Health (‘ALSMH’ or ‘Ten to Men’) on behalf of the Commonwealth Department of Health (‘the Department’) and requires the provision of certain data collection, respondent engagement and sample maintenance services.
B. The key purpose of the Main Sample Top Up is to recruit up to 10,000 additional participants into ALSMH in order to ensure adequate sample sizes for analyses and ensure it continues to be representative of Australian males born in 1956-2003 (i.e., age 10-55 at the initial wave in 2013-14).
C. The parties have agreed that the Service Provider will perform the Services for AIFS on the terms and conditions set out in this contract.
