TenderTracker provides Australian government contract intelligence services, including:
- Access to aggregated public contract data from AusTender
- Supplier and agency profiles with historical contract information
- Peer benchmarking and market analysis tools
- Email alerts for expiring contracts and tracked suppliers
- Data export capabilities (for eligible subscription tiers)
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
We offer various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are provided at our discretion

The Service, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by TenderTracker and protected by intellectual property laws. The underlying government data remains in the public domain.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENDERTRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
