Where does the data come from?
AusTender, the Australian Government's official procurement publishing system. We ingest every published contract award, then enrich supplier records with ABR (Australian Business Register) data for industry codes and entity details.
How often is the data updated?
Daily. Our pipeline pulls new and modified contracts from AusTender every morning, then refreshes supplier stats, peer rankings, and retender opportunities so what you see is current.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing portal — changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. All listed prices include 10% GST. You'll receive a tax-compliant invoice for each payment.
How accurate is peer benchmarking?
Peer groups are auto-calculated from your ANZSIC industry code and contract size band, then ranked on a rolling 3-year window so the comparison reflects active suppliers — not companies that won one big contract years ago.
