- Yes. Cancel from your dashboard with one click — no contract, no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, including the remaining months on an annual plan.
- Why is annual cheaper?
- Pay annually and Starter is $54/mo (billed $649/year) instead of $79/mo — save $299 a year. Pro is $138/mo billed annually, saving $729 a year.
- Where does the data come from?
- AusTender, the Australian Government's official procurement publishing system. We ingest every published contract award, then enrich supplier records with ABR (Australian Business Register) data for industry codes and entity details. We also publish NSW awards (GIPA disclosures) and NSW standing offers from the official buy.nsw register — anyone can browse and search those, no account needed. What Pro adds is NSW in the automation: state rows appear in your Opportunity Radar, your email alerts and the Monday digest. This is not complete state coverage, and NSW awards are published disclosures rather than a live NSW tender board.
- How often is the data updated?
- Daily. Our pipeline pulls new and modified contracts from AusTender every morning, then refreshes supplier stats, peer rankings, and retender opportunities so what you see is current.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing portal — changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Existing subscribers keep their current rate while the subscription stays active; cancelling and resubscribing uses the prices on this page.
- Is GST included in the price?
- Yes. All listed prices include 10% GST. You'll receive a tax-compliant invoice for each payment.
- How accurate is peer benchmarking?
- Peer groups are auto-calculated from your ANZSIC industry code and contract size band, then ranked on a rolling 3-year window so the comparison reflects active suppliers — not companies that won one big contract years ago.
