This project focuses on the consolidation of our corporate websites into a unified platform while also developing a comprehensive digital strategy to support the organization's new direction. The primary objective is to procure the services of an experienced digital service provider specialising in discovery, UX design, and website development, particularly on the govCMS platform. The project will commence in January 2024 , with an initial Minimal Viable Product This project focuses on the consolidation of our corporate websites into a unified platform (MVP) concept due for presentation by July 2024. The completion and launch of the integrated website, along with the digital strategy, is scheduled for late 2024. This project encompasses the requirements for Phase 1, emphasizing the merging of corporate websites and the development of a coherent digital strategy. Furthermore, maintenance and any outstanding requirements should be completed post go live.
