The Department of Industry, Science and Resources engaged Australian Energy Producers Limited, an Australian public company based in Canberra, to provide support for Timorese representatives attending the Australian Energy Producers Conference and Gala Dinner in May 2025, under a bilateral arrangement between the governments of Timor-Leste and Australia. The contract, valued at AU$14,150 and procured through limited tender, ran for three days in May 2025.
