Services required from the supplier relate to the preparation and conduct of fieldwork for the study and include: fieldwork planning and ethics requirements (including establishing and implementing a mandatory disclosure reporting protocol);building, testing and hosting of an online surveypilot testing (with inclusion of cognitive testing of questions):sampling and recruitment;managing all aspects of data collection and data managementmonitoring fieldwork response and providing regular reports throughout fieldwork:coding other-specify responses (back-coding, new code frames);providing comprehensive raw datasets and a final clean data file in excel and STATA format (under a robust transfer process);protecting confidentiality and securely storing survey data:disseminating participant incentives/reimbursement; andproviding pilot, interim and final reports
