The purpose of this RFQ is to seek quotes to engage a suitably qualified supplier to provide continuous monitoring of database systems and the prompt escalation of issues, ensuring that problems are identified and resolved promptly, during business and after hours, to minimize disruptions and potential damage. The database support team support all database platforms across NSW Fire and Rescue including mission critical operational technologies which are utilised by FRNSW emergency and operational teams.
