Project scope
The successful supplier will design, manage and deliver an end‑to‑end, multi‑method assessment solution for the NSW Government Graduate Program. The scope includes assessment design and delivery; assessor enablement and quality assurance; candidate care, communications and feedback; assessment governance, systems integration and data management; and the provision of reporting and insights. The solution must be scalable, support virtual and hybrid delivery, and meet public sector requirements for accessibility, data security and defensibility. The supplier will remain accountable for assessment quality and consistency across all stages of delivery.
