Specialised Freight Agent Services Panel providing: -Sensitive freight of objects, whether part of the Powerhouse collection or under a loan agreement, including but not limited to air, sea and/or road freight. -Sensitive freight of non-object exhibition or artwork components that are covered by a loan agreement or require the same consideration as objects. Specialised Freight services include, but not limited to: Coordinating transportation of objects locally, interstate and internationally, under the direction of the PowerhouseAccess to a fleet of trucksAccess to custom packing servicesAccess to heavy lifting services as required per panel type i.e. crane, jacksKnowledge of handling for sensitive shipments and object movement standardsKnowledge of state, national and international standards and regulations related to freight Additional services related to International Freight: Facilitate the customs clearance processEnsure prompt notification to Powerhouse of any biosecurity requirementsKnowledge of air and sea freight specifications and requirementsAccess to airport freight shedsCoordination of courier requirements
