For each DAP region, the consultant should produce: 1. A regional EDRA report capturing: baseline economic and hazard context, including industry, labour market, housing,infrastructure and historical hazard impacts (based on answering the analytical questions in section “3.1 Scope of Work”), and do analytical and modelling outputs, including scenario-based insights to support DAP prioritisation. 2. A supporting data package comprising key datasets, modelling code, assumptions and documentation to enable reuse, further analysis and RA capability uplift. 3. Engagement insights from a targeted business survey and sector roundtables to incorporate local perspectives and validate key findings.
