The scope of the project includes · The delivery of solution design services. · The build and configuration of the PEGA platform. · The migration and transformation of data/information held within the existing GLS platform · The implementation of all integrations to external systems and data sources. · Complete Security analysis and testing of the system build · All services will be supplied to OCG and implemented on the OCG PEGA cloud-based platform. · All services will be delivered through onshore services · All development will be done on the OCG cloud based PEGA platform · The service is to provide a 3-month Hypercare period. · The Vendor will also provide an option for OCG to take up an ongoing remote support agreement for a 3-year fixed cost. · The vendor is not required to provide any infrastructure for this project
