This contract is the for delivering of the full scope of fitout and refurbishment works to ensure all upgrades are completed in accordance with the finalised design documentation. The contractor must manage and coordinate all construction activities both on site and off site, including Safety, Environment and Quality management, programming, reporting, stakeholder communication, defects management, and the preparation of all handover documentation. In line with the design requirements, the contractor must deliver the works to achieve a sustainability ratings ie NABERS Star Rating. The works are proposed and structured into two milestones. This staging approach is required to align with both existing and future leasing arrangements, and the milestone start and completion dates must meet the program requirements. Milestone 1 – Ground Floor, Level 1, and Level 5Milestone 2 – Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4
