Project scope

The NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking to engage a suitable Probity Advisor up to June 2027 to provide specialised guidance and advice on the implementation, and assessment outcomes of the Disaster Relief Grant (DRG) program and the Resilient Homes Program (RHP). A Probity Advisor would be required for a once-a-month meeting, duration of up to 1.5 hours for the DRG program or on an as-needed basis, and 12 hours per month/meeting for the RHP program. The intention is to ensure all processes and actions related to the go to market and selection processes are consistent, accountable, transparent and auditable. RA seeks to appoint a Probity Advisor for the Program to ensure: The Program is delivered in NSW with integrity and transparency.All information made available by RA is accurate, relevant and available equally.There are clear and relevant processes and procedures in place.The delivery of the Program is consistent in terms of procedural application.RA can demonstrate probity to all parties, internally and externally. RA aims to ensure the RHP and DRG Program is delivered consistently with ICAC’s Probity Principles, which include: managing impartialitymaintaining accountability and transparencymanaging conflicts of interestmaintaining confidentialityachieving value for money.
