Project scope
Procurement of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) System for the Sydney Opera House (SOH). A dedicated DAM System will allow SOH to comply with information management policy requirements, including the consistent capture of metadata such as specific document details, dates and usage permissions. It will also support an improved records management, streamline workflows and allow SOH to automatically ingest relevant records into the State Cluster Digital Preservation System and/or the State Archives and Records Authority.
