Planning, Design and Delivery of a 28 bed standalone Forensic Mental Health Facility at Macquarie Hospital as part of the Statewide Mental Health Infrastructure Program (SWMHIP). The facility will consist of 6 medium secure and 22 low secure forensic beds and will cater for both male and female patients, and will be operated by the Justice Health Forensic Mental Health Unit. A preferred location within on the Macquarie Hospital campus has been identified for the new forensic unit.
