Project scope
Yiorgos Crespis is currently engaged as Contracts Manager for Barangaroo, as a sub-consultant to GenUrban under contract INSW_2400443. This contract expires on 11 January 2026. ► The engagement of Gen Urban was undertaken under the rules of NSW Procurement Scheme 0005 (Performance Management Services) Simplex Advisory are also a fully prequalified entity on that scheme and will be engaged on a Scheme 0005 agreement. ► The combined value of the GenUrban contract (currently $500,000 ex. GST) and the proposed Simplex contract will be $1,075,000 ex. GST. While these are separate contracts, the resource being used is the same.
