The evaluation must be undertaken in accordance with the following: • NSW Government Evaluation Toolkit and NSW Treasury Evaluation Guidelines (TPG22-22) • AIATSIS Code of Ethics for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Research (2020) • NHMRC National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2018) • NSW Government privacy, data governance, and accessibility standards • DCJ Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) requirements (Copy to be made available to successful supplier subject to execution of a confidentiality agreement).
