Project scope

BDA requires a sector specialist in freight and logistics to develop and implement a high-impact stakeholder engagement and market activation strategy for Bradfield City. The focus is on elevating Bradfield’s value proposition and strengthening its position through targeted outreach and strategic engagement with key industry leaders in freight and logistics and adjacent industries. To achieve this, BDA engaged an industry expert in freight and logistics to leverage their established networks, coordinate closely with development partners, organize roundtables and briefings, develop a structured target list and pipeline for Bradfield City and capture/report insights to BDA team members.
