Project scope
NSW Public Works is seeking tenders for Principal Design Consultancy (PDC) Services (including Architectural and Engineering Design) for the new Penrith Indoor Multi-Sports Arena (PIMSA). The PDC will also be responsible for engaging and managing sub-consultants for the Design and Environmental Assessment and for leading the overall coordination and quality assurance of the deliverables. The PDC will be novated across to the Principal Contractor at 80% Detailed Design stage and will continue to design development and quality management services throughout construction.
