A project to be undertaken
Project scope
The design stage will include initial investigation, stakeholder consultation, concept design, environmental assessment, detailed design, and preparation of a business case. The design work will be undertaken by a lead consultant who will be chosen by a selected tender process. The lead consultant will be required to prepare the accelerated business case for permanent fishpassage at the Lake Wetherell Outlet site. NOTE: NSW Fisheries are preparing a separate business case for the Lower Darling-Baaka and Menindee Lakes region which is not to be prepared by the lead consultant.
