Project scope
The IRO has commissioned external customer experience research and reporting services since 2021 to monitor and improve stakeholder satisfaction with IRO services, including Solutions and ILARS. FiftyFive Five developed the original benchmark survey and delivered quarterly fieldwork and reporting from 2021. This engagement expired on 31 December 2025. To ensure continuity of insights and test the market the IRO conducted an open tender under the Professional Management Services Scheme (SCM0005).
