This service provider will be required to provide support, advice and guidance to SOPA on best approach to on how to procure ICT hardware and software for parking systems , and then implement and integrate the new car park management systems. The service will provide tasks associated with 4 phases of the project: Phase 1 Procurement.Phase 2 – Transition (implementation of new systems)Phase 3 Cost Optimisation (expenditure review), andPhase 4 Price Optimisation (revenue review) Refer to the RFT documents including statement of requirements for full details.
