Create NSW engaged Slattery as the project Quantity Surveyor (QS) to provide cost planning services for the Powerhouse Ultimo Renewal during all phases of the project. This included the design competition, design development, and contractor tender, through to construction delivery, completion and the defects liability period. Following issuing of a Project Authorisation Order and completion of the Create NSW-led Design Competition in December 2022, Infrastructure NSW assumed responsibility for the delivery of the Powerhouse Ultimo Renewal project. As such, the QS services as previously engaged by Create NSW to support all phases of the project will now be managed by INSW. Noting there has been variations since this was originaly declared
