Identification and acquisition of a suitable technical solution and data architecture of in-scope business capabilities (refer to Statement of Requirement – Section C – Future state), which may be a Commercial Off-The Shelf (COTS) product or a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. Provision of necessary development / configurations and integration to meets the specific needs to of the ICAC, including migration of data and record to the new system. Provision for training and support services to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system. Ongoing maintenance including software updates and ongoing 2nd & 3rd level support services post implementation
