The five Areas of SCS each have a Wet Hire Panel, as these panels add significant value in providing Project Managers with the reactionary power to achieve effective procurement outcomes for the purchase of regularly acquired services that are critical to SCSs fee for service. The proposed panel contracts will achieve effective procurement outcomes for the purchase of regularly acquired services that are critical to SCSs fee for service projects. The panel will also ensure suppliers are not required to constantly provide quotes for repeat work, which are almost always priced on a rates basis. The panel will be refreshed annually, and existing vendors will remain on the panel without re-applying.
