Project scope

The NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) administers the Litter Prevention Grant Program under the NSW Waste and Sustainable Materials Strategy. The Program provides funding across multiple streams to support councils, community groups, and other stakeholders reduce litter across NSW. Under Stream 3, grantees implement a five-year litter prevention roadmap, for which the grant funds the first three years. The expert advisor provides assistance to these grantees to deliver evidence-based and collaborative litter prevention outcomes that can be sustained beyond the life of the grant.
