Project scope
Kapish provides managed services to support and operate the Content Manager records management platform also known as TRIM across NSW Health. The agreement ensures the ongoing stability, performance and compliance of the platform by providing structured end-toend support services including monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, incident and problem management. Governance is aligned to NSW Health policies and security standards. It also enables a consistent and scalable approach to onboarding new agencies, supporting system enhancements and maintaining a reliable enterprise records management capability.
