The proposed work comprises the site-wide upgrade of the existing BMS system and augmentation to cater for additional buildings as specified including: 1. Replace all Innotech Genisis II DDC controllers across the site with new OMNIBACnet native DDC controllers; 2. Replace the existing site-wide Innotech Magellan head-end supervisory system witha new Innotech Niagara based head-end including hardware (Innotech NeoLink) and software (Innotech NeoView); and 3. Integration of nominated buildings into a single control system, with provision for future expansion of the network. All systems are to be migrated across to the replacement hardware and software to operate in alike-for like manner.
