Project scope
The purpose of the works is to accommodate additional staff within the growing Regional Transport Operations business unit and to upgrade the control centre to support the management and monitoring of the new Coffs Harbour Bypass Tunnel. The scope of works includes the construction of a carpark, building extension and internal fit out of the existing building, as detailed in the Drawings and Specifications. The scope of work also includes a maintenance period for some elements of the work as detailed in the Specifications.
