The Contractor shall be responsible for the complete design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new playground facility. The works include:• Design & Construction of a 30m x 12m rigid, Acrylic, hip‑roofed shade sail structure covering both play equipment.• Design & Installation of 30m x 12m compliant impact‑attenuating rubber Softfall surfacing with multilayer system.• Design & Supply and installation of two playground structures:– A multi‑activity modular climbing structure.– A vertical spiral‑type climbing/activity pod.• All site preparation, excavation, levelling, concrete footing works, drainage, and finishing.• Testing, commissioning, certification, and provision of as‑built documents.
