NSWTA requires the development of comprehensive as-built documentation to accurately capture thecurrent state of the RADNET network environments. This documentation is critical to providing a clear andauthoritative baseline of the existing physical and logical architectures, including configurations,interdependencies, and operational procedures. Establishing this baseline will reduce the risk ofmisalignment, support effective environment management, and enable a smoother integration phase tomeet current and future service level agreements (SLAs).The engagement will also deliver a structured gap analysis, undertaken in consultation with NSWTAstakeholders, to identify and remediate discrepancies between existing documentation and the live networkenvironment across each data centre. The scope of work will focus on four key operational locations: CastleHill Data Centre and National Operations Centre, Silverwater Data Centre, Unanderra Data Centre, and theSydney Olympic Park National Operations Centre.
