The successful contractor will be required to undertake the following for the above asset list, including but not limited to: Routine / preventative maintenance of the Stormwater system maintenance in compliance with statutory, manufacturer and contract requirements and to best industry practice.Supply all materials, plant, equipment, consumables and all associated labour to complete all the following routine/breakdown maintenancePerform Stormwater system routine maintenance, reporting and auditing of the assets for safety, compliance, continuous operation and function.Conduct periodic condition assessment to facilitate the development of future capital works programs.Perform environmental activities as required by SOPA Environmental.Provide expert advice in finding optimal solutions to complex problems that may ariseContinuous improvement to access to new technologies Refer to the RFT documents for full details.
