Project scope

The expected deliverables within scope include: 1.     Responsive Works Responsive Works has two subcategories: ·       Urgent Works - works to address critical issues where there is an immediate threat of danger due to safety, health or security risks of the occupants or the premises and immediate action is required; and ·       Priority Works - includes repairs that cannot be scheduled and included in a planned program as they require prompt completion, such as a functional failure, for example a leaking cistern, loose handrails, or a faulty screen door. 2.     Planned Works Planned works involve non-critical issues, which is not assessed as Urgent or Priority Works. These works are prioritised and programmed within available annual funding. They include: ·       Maintenance Program Works (MPW) such as building, grounds and property based planned works, fire program repairs and landscaping 3.     Servicing Works ·       Lawns, Grounds and Cleaning (LGC): works to ensure the maintenance of lawns and grounds to shared grass and garden areas in complexes and common area cleaning (internal and external) in complexes.
