Project scope

The supplier will be required to deliver all elements of the performance audit from the planning stage to the final report. The audit will be conducted in accordance with the Standard on Assurance Engagements ASAE 3500 Performance Engagements, and in a manner consistent with the Audit Office of NSW’s legislative and methodology requirements. Expected areas of focus for the audit include: workforce planning and management by CSPs to maximise efficiency and effectivenessuse of data by CSPs and by icare for continuous improvement in efficiency and effectivenessCSP claims management performance against contractual performance requirements, which may include assessing compliance with legislation and scheme rules, timeliness, quality of decision-making, quality of communication, complaints handling processesCSP capability and performance in providing specialist case management support for workers who have made psychological injury claims.
