The contractor is to design and construct the following air monitoring compounds, The Works shall include: Narrabeen (Sydney Academy of Sport and Recreation) · Completion of the detailed design;· Fabrication of an elevated steel platform with an access staircase;· Concrete footings to support both the elevated platform and monitoring mast;· 2.1 m high black palisade fencing and access gates installed around the perimeter of the elevated platform;· Steel stair access to the roof deck;· Provision of consumer mains connection from the site’s electrical supply, including a distribution board; and· Replanting of native tree’s and shrubs to replace cleared areas. Sutherland (Miranda Park) · Completion of the detailed design;· Construction of a 7.7 m x 5.7 m concrete slab;· Supply and installation of 2.1 m high black palisade-style security fencing and access gates;· Installation of an underground consumer mains connection;· Provision and installation of a new distribution board with smart meter;· Earthing of all structures and components susceptible to lightning strikes;· Upgrade of surge protection to the compounds pre-fabricated building;· Installation of a perimeter garden bed, including all required soil preparation and planting;· Fabrication and installation of aluminium signage, as specified by NSW DCCEEW; and· Fabrication and installation of a hot-dip galvanised steel staircase to provide access to the roof
