Project scope

PDNSW are planning to redevelop the Government owned office building located at 5 OKeefe Avenue Nowra into a whole of Government Hub. The Principal Design Consultant (PDC) will be required to complete master planning of the internal office layouts in accordance with the NSW Government Fitout design. Sub-consultants such as Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic & Fire Engineers will be employed directly by the PDC.
