Co-design and deliver the process, outcomes and economic evaluation for the Northern Rivers Towns and Villages Resilient Business Activation Program (RBAP) in consultation with RA, Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) and where relevant, other stakeholders.To assess the program’s efficiency, effectiveness, appropriateness, and benefits to costs, the following evaluations will need to be undertaken: • Process evaluation: to investigate the implementation and delivery of theprogram, identify what worked well and areas of improvement.• Outcome evaluation: to examine if and how the program is leading to intendedoutcomes for grantees, businesses and communities.• Economic evaluation: to identify and measure the impacts of the program relativeto its costs, as an assessment of value for money and net social benefit and todetermine the economic value created for grantees, communities and NSWoverall.
