Project scope

The AHO requires primary design services (head architect and subcontractors) to complete the design services package to deliver a multi-unit residential flat building associated carparking at 74-76 Essington Street, Wentworthville. The dwellings are to comply with AHO Design guidelines, AHO Fixtures Finishes Equipment (FFE) Schedule, AHO Components schedule (Solar and Airconditioning) and the Silver level of the Liveable Housing Design guidelines. The deliverables are to include concept design, design development, approvals, tender and construction documentation for the development.
