A project to be undertaken

This engagement will provide specialist advice on development matters to the BDA including independent advisory services related to development feasibilities, land release strategy and transactions. This work will include: 1. Providing strategic advice to the CEO, the Executive Director Strategy and Development and their teams through the course of strategy and project development and throughout transaction processes. 2. Advice on implementation and finalization of the first land release project delivery agreement. 3. Advice on subsequent land releases. 4. Advice on interim or meanwhile uses of land within Bradfield City Centre. 5. Undertaking peer review of financial models, assumptions, consideration of options development and options evaluation. 6. Advice with respect to market engagements. 7. Peer review of draft documents to be presented to the market and evaluation activities. 8. Advice around value sharing arrangements with the private sector. 9. Advice relating to leases and operations within Building 1 and 2 at Bradfield City Centre housing the Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility. The nature of the engagement will be phone calls, email correspondence, Teams meeting and face to face engagement when required. Any travel costs would be reimbursed as expenses under the contract.
