The AHO is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with the ability, capability, capacity, and experience to obtain Development Application approval, finalise design (based on the completed Architectural Plan) and construction of two, two-bedroom dwellings, each with a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom combined with laundry, alfresco area, carport and associated site works to meet the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) silver level housing standard at 57-61 Sydney Street, Mogo NSW 2536 with completion within 42 weeks from the Date of Award. Please note: There will be a Site Inspection (date and time to be confirmed), this will not be mandatory but highly recommended.
