Soil Conservation Service invites you to quote to undertake an engineering investigation, analysis and detailed design of: A peered retaining wall with earth anchors to support the Norah Head Marine Rescue building site in accordance with the preferred outcome of the sites previous option analysis. Design to additionally consider: 1. Upgrading of stormwater pipes within Crown Lands allotment. 2. Remediation of area of land slip below peered retaining wall. Engineering analysis to allow for and report upon the following: 1. Any additional site investigation requirements: - Safety in design workshop of proposed detailed design - Constructability and availability of construction materials of proposed detailed design - Bill of quantities and cost estimate Any site investigation works are to be managed and completed by RHDV and are to be priced as separate line items to the submission of this quotation.
