Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has a requirement to engage a Contractor to provide Planning Approval Services for the Woollahra Station Activation Project. The Scope of Services includes the following: Review the project scope, project concept designs and construction methodology.Prepare a project-specific Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) checklist and identify environmental constraints and statutory requirements.Undertake environmental assessments, including biodiversity, heritage, noise and vibration, traffic, contamination, water and community impacts.Support stakeholders and agency consultation and address feedback.Assess environmental impacts, develop mitigation measures, and prepare the REF in accordance with Transport for NSW requirements. Provide support through the review, determination and approval process.
