Project scope
The scope of works includes modifications and new installations to selected facilities at the Wollongbar Primary Industries Institute (WPII) as outlined below. Bioscience Laboratory: The works comprise internal, non-structural alterations to the existing building including Freezer Room, Cold Room and Corridor Modification. Farm Square Bathrooms: The works include internal, non-structural alterations to the existing building, as well as the construction of a new external access ramp to improve accessibility. Cattle Yard: The works involve alterations and additions to the existing cattle handling facilities.
