Project scope

The AHO is seeking tenders for the installation of solar panels and inverters (Goods) that meet the AHOs technical requirements as described in Attachment 4 – Scope of Work – Energy Efficiency FY26 – Solar Install. The Tenderers must collect and install the solar panels and inverters from the AHO Contract Suppliers. Tenderers will be responsible for the Goods from collection and transfer of Title from the AHO Contract Suppliers until transfer of Title to the AHO. This transfer will include all responsibility apart from the manufacturer’s warranty. This program for works is based on the installation of 224 5kW Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems on AHO properties, with the contractor aiming to complete all installations prior to 30 June 2026. The Contract term will be for a full twelve (12) months to accommodate any delays arising from tenant access or related issues.
