Project scope
DPHI DIO are transferring the management of Workato licences generally for use by DPIRD but in the first instance mainly for an RAA Loan Management Solution integration by end Feb 2026. There may be a requirement for multiple workspaces in the future and a separation between the overall licencing agreement (which will be managed by DPIRD ICT) and the support and development services. The user management, provisioning of users and integration services will be overseen by DPIRD ICT.
