Project scope
In December 2024, the NSW Health CFO approved the Level 13 fit-out works to be awarded to Roberts Co (Builder), following confirmation of additional funding through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation. A Project Manager is engaged to facilitate the delivery of those works, noting the expedited timeframe for delivery. Level 13 consists of two IPUs, a long stay IPU for paediatric patients with complex medical conditions and a generic IPU.
