The BDA is currently in the process of preparing an amendment to the Master Plan with the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) and requires the services of a Transport Specialist to prepare a revised Transport Management and Accessibility Plan (TMAP) Report and Corridor Justification Report which will be submitted in support of the amendment application. The reports will need to assess the transport, traffic, accessibility, and network implications of the proposed Master Plan amendments, confirming the most appropriate street layout, transport infrastructure assumptions, and strategic planning responses required by Council, Transport for NSW, and DPHI. This includes evaluating updated road alignments, traffic circulation, parking impacts, precinct‑wide connectivity, and the integration of additional land into the Bradfield City. These reports will enable the BDA to progress of the amendment to the Bradfield City Master Plan.
