Description
aw Firms must provide legal services to Insurance and Care NSW (icare) and NSW Self Insurance Corporation ("Si Corp") for its Treasury Managed Fund (TMF). The TMF Legal Services Panel consists of sixteen (16) law firms and is a mix of small, medium and large firms. Its structure will support Government Agencies by ensuring matters are outsourced to Law Firms with the right expertise to achieve positive outcomes that represent value for money. The Panel is comprised of the following seven Primary Streams for General Lines: medical negligence; oabuse; intentional torts / protective actions; personal injury (not including workers compensation); employment; recovery and other general claims. There are Sub-Streams defined for the employment and general claim primary streams.
