Project scope
The Department is seeking the services of suitability qualified Planning Consultant to advise on the planning approval pathway for projects under the Parks for People program. The sites are located at Kellyville, Bella Vista and Bankstown and intended to be developed for the purpose of public open space. On confirmation of the planning approval pathway the Department is also seeking lump sum cost as a separable portion for each site to prepare a Review of Environmental Factors (REF) for each of the projects
