1. Support for finalising negotiations and onboarding an operator of MFPs as part of the Digital Infrastructure procurement. This should include assisting the BDA establishing an MFP operating system, training for the operation of this system, and to set up processes for reviewing reports and participating in governance forums with the operator of the MFPs.2. Advise on submitted designs for Central Park and further Bradfield phases to ensure a consistent approach to equipment selection and that ongoing O&M arrangements are appropriate.3. Preparation of documentation on one or more families of MFPs suitable for different urban environments within Bradfield City Centre based on the use of the Maxi300 series MFP manufactured by Goldspar and potentially, others as approved. This documentation should be suitable for inclusion in urban design guidelines for Bradfield City Centre. 4. Preparation of guidelines supporting the use cases identified for MFPs in Bradfield City Centre, including with respect to banners and the appropriate width of banner arms at various locations in Bradfield City Centre. 5. Advising in support of the development of businesses cases, subsequent negotiations and onboarding of third parties to deliver MFP use cases including CCTV, parking sensors, digital wayfinding and other use cases.
